Pick the area that's holding you back and drill it. Useful if your maths is rusty and your programme sets the Mathematics Assessment, or if one of the speeded reasoning sections is where you keep running out of clock.
If your programme sets a Mathematics Assessment, start there — it's the only part of this test with real subject matter, so it's where study time converts most directly into marks.
Otherwise pick by what runs out first. Numerical and Verbal Reasoning are the speeded sections (37 tasks in 12 minutes, and 49 in 12), so choose one of those if pace is your problem. Deductive Logical Thinking and Learning Efficiency are short — 6 and 5 minutes — and reward knowing the task cold before the timer starts.
Both variants are included, and you practise the one your programme sets.
60 minutes for Applied Mathematics, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Data and Business Analytics, Environmental Sciences for Sustainability and their Dual Degrees. 15 minutes for BBA, BIE, PPLE and their Dual Degrees.
If you're applying to anything else, IE sets no Mathematics Assessment — pick one of the reasoning areas instead.

37 tasks, and you're not meant to finish
Judging whether a statement holds given only the numerical data in front of you — roughly 19 seconds a task. The training is in deciding and moving, not in arithmetic.

49 tasks, same judgement, different material
The same true/false/cannot-say call, made from a written passage instead of a table, at around 15 seconds a task. The trap is inferring beyond what the text actually supports.

Short, strange, and worth meeting in advance
One asks you to find the rule in a graphic and complete the pattern. The other asks you to recall objects shown briefly, in order. Neither has a syllabus and IE publishes no question count for either — the whole gain is walking in already knowing the task.

The one area where studying works normally
For Science & Technology programmes IE publishes the full breakdown: 20 questions in 60 minutes, weighted Algebra 30%, Calculus 25%, and Linear algebra, Geometry and Probability & statistics 15% each. For BBA, BIE and PPLE it's 15 minutes of algebra and calculus, no calculator required.
